This is olive oil the way it existed before supermarkets: pressed the day it's picked, from trees you can come visit. Expect a fresh, grassy, peppery oil — the signature of a true early-harvest extra virgin.

Because we only bottle what our grove produces, the Estate Collection sells out every year. When it's gone, it's gone until next harvest.

Olives are hand-picked across August and September, then carried — not trucked — to our on-site press. From branch to press in minutes, not days. The oil settles, then goes straight into the bottle in our own facility.

No blending, no imports, no shortcuts. One grove, one press, one bottle.

Shipping is calculated live in your cart using real carrier rates based on weight and your ZIP code — you'll see the exact cost before checkout.

Local to Santa Rosa County? Choose farm pickup at checkout and email us to set a time. We'll happily show you the grove while you're here.
